Power outage affects portion of Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – An influence outage is affecting a portion of Lexington on Wednesday.

According to the Kentucky Utilities outage map, almost 3,000 prospects are with out energy within the Eastland Parkway space.

KU Spokesperson Daniel Lowery mentioned that the trigger of the outage is a broken “feeder” line from the Eastland Parkway substation.
