Topeka Police Department puts out ATV and dirt bike guidelines

With heat climate comes an array of such actions as driving dirt bikes and ATVs.

In preparation of this, the Topeka Police Department put out info on easy methods to keep secure and throughout the regulation whereas working these automobiles.

“Operating ATVs and dirt bikes on city streets is not only illegal in many cases, it creates serious safety risks for everyone on the road,” police chief Chris Vallejo stated in an announcement. “Our priority is protecting the public, and we will continue to enforce these laws to reduce preventable injuries and crashes.”

What does the regulation say about working ATVs and dirt bikes?

Following are legal guidelines, necessities and relevant offenses and/or fines associated to working an ATV or dirt bike on metropolis streets:
