CHARLOTTE, N.C. — — Ugonna Onyenso scored 17 factors on 8-for-9 capturing, Thijs De Ridder and Sam Lewis every scored 16 factors and No. 10 Virginia beat Miami 84-62 on Friday to advance to the ACC Tournament championship sport for the primary time since 2023.
Mailk Thomas scored 9 of his 15 factors within the second half for the Cavaliers, who improved to 29-4 below first-year coach Ryan Odom.
Virginia will face No. 1 Duke, a 73-61 semifinal winner over Clemson, within the title sport on Saturday.
