A San Marcos man misplaced his life Monday in an obvious unintended drowning in the Colorado River, authorities mentioned.
Witnesses reported that Kristopher Logan, 26, entered the river from a pontoon boat in the late morning in an try to retrieve a hat that had blown off close to Davis Camp Park in northwestern Arizona, went underwater and didn’t resurface, in accordance to police.
A dive group with the (*7*) City Fire Department positioned and recovered Logan’s physique, officers mentioned.
“The drowning appears to be accidental and not suspicious or criminal in nature,” the (*7*) City Police Department mentioned in a press release posted on social media. “The victim was not wearing a life jacket. We offer our sincere condolences to the family.”
