SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Several streets across Salt Lake City are scheduled to shut quickly Saturday for the Salt Lake City Marathon.
On April 25, the day of the race, some roads will be closed till 3 p.m. Closures will go into impact earlier than 6:45 a.m.
Officials stated greater than 200 intersections shall be impacted, whether or not by way of full closures or lane restrictions, across the race path.

In some areas the course will be only available for use by the Marathon, Half Marathon, 10K Run, and 5K Run participants. Some of these select street closures could be for up to seven hours.
