BOSTON, Mass — Surreal.
That was the primary phrase out of New England Patriots legend Julian Edelman’s mouth when the large receiver spoke solely with Patriots Wire on the Our City, Our Tap occasion for Sam Adams to debut his new beer.

“Coming to Boston, one of the first things I knew about Boston was Sam Adams beer,” he defined. “Being a California kid, being here for 12 years, kind of raising or growing up as a young adult here in Boston, in New England, doing the summers in Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, I was drinking a lot of Sam Adams.
“So to have my face on one and have the Edel-brau, that is fairly cool.”
Edelman was in attendance alongside Boston Bruins legend Zdeno Chara, Red Sox ace Garrett Crochet, and Boston Celtics star Derrick White, all of whom were celebrating the launch of their beers that will be sold in a special pack.

“It’s been actual enjoyable. That’s one of many actually cool issues about Boston, the crossover with the opposite professional sports activities,” Edelman shared. “I bear in mind after I was enjoying right here, we received a championship in basketball, two in baseball, one in hockey, and we had three. And it was at all times superior to see the opposite guys supporting the opposite groups and to get to be with such perennial gamers from these groups.”
