A 31-year-old NYPD officer and married mom of three died in the Dominican Republic after struggling problems from latest cosmetic surgery, according to local news reports and officers in New York.
Rebecca De Paula, who was off responsibility, had labored out of the forty sixth Precinct, in the Fordham part of the Bronx.
