Israeli prime minister’s workplace welcomes US resolution to droop assaults on Iran, however says the two-week truce does not apply to Lebanon.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s workplace has introduced that Israel backs the United States’s resolution to droop strikes towards Iran for 2 weeks, however stated the truce “does not include Lebanon”.
In an announcement on X on Wednesday, Netanyahu stated Israel supported US President Donald Trump’s efforts to make sure “Iran no longer poses a nuclear, missile and terror threat to America, Israel, Iran’s Arab neighbors and the world”.
He stated the US has informed Israel that it’s dedicated to attaining these objectives within the upcoming negotiations in Pakistan’s Islamabad on Friday.
But the two-week ceasefire “does not include Lebanon”, he added.
Netanyahu’s assertion comes after Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif introduced that the US, Iran and their allies “have agreed to an immediate ceasefire everywhere including Lebanon and elsewhere”.
Sharif stated the transfer was “effective immediately”.
