A tree-trimming worker has been charged with manslaughter after allegedly crushing his coworker’s head with a hydraulic grapple whereas the pair had been reportedly “f—ing around” on the job, in response to Minnesota authorities.
The incident occurred in Apple Valley on Thursday when Christopher Boone Crimmins, 34, was working equipment on the again of a truck whereas his coworker, Tyler Anthony Lynch, 26, was on the bottom cleansing up branches, in response to a felony grievance filed by Dakota County.

“Crimmins was not monitoring the actual grapple or Lynch. He then opened and closed the grapple, crushing Lynch’s head,” the Dakota County Attorney’s Office mentioned.
