Miami Open presented by Itau event organisers launched the next statement concerning the order of play for Wednesday, 18 March.
“Due to heavy rainfall within the lead as much as the event, restricted areas of the Stadium Court required extra preparation to make sure optimum circumstances for match play. All matches on Wednesday, March 18, will happen on the outer courts.
“Fans with stadium tickets for Sessions 3 and 4 will likely be contacted instantly for subsequent steps. The Stadium Court is anticipated to open for event play on Thursday, March 19.
“The full order of play for March 18 will be released later this evening.”
