The remaining groups left to play within the Sweet 16 of the Men’s NCAA Tournament will go head-to-head in hopes of advancing one step nearer to creating that journey to Lucas Oil Stadium and Indianapolis for the Final Four.
The Sweet 16 is loaded with extremely anticipated matchups, particularly within the East Region, the place Jon Scheyer’s top-seeded Duke Blue Devils take on Rick Pitino’s St. John’s Red Storm, and Dan Hurley’s UConn Huskies go up towards Tom Izzo’s Michigan State Spartans.
The first crew to safe its spot within the Elite Eight was No. 9 Iowa, which got here from behind to beat No. 4 seed Nebraska out of the South Region, 77-71.
