LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A driver was taken into custody Thursday morning following a lengthy chase involving a stolen truck through the Antelope Valley.
The pursuit started on the 5 Freeway in the Hollywood area earlier than it made its manner onto the 14 Freeway.
The truck, which was reported stolen, seemed to be a visitors administration firm work truck.
The driver was being adopted by California Highway Patrol officers on the 14 Freeway in the Palmdale-Lancaster area when one of many truck’s entrance tires deflated from a spike strip.
The suspect got here to a cease on the 14 Freeway in the Rosamond area on the Kern County line.
The girl who was driving was seen getting out the automobile along with her arms up and was taken into custody.
