Johnny Knoxville reveals who suffered a gruesome NSFW injury while filming ‘Jackass 5’

Johnny Knoxville simply gave a painful injury replace on “Jackass 5.”

The daredevil-turned-actor went full TMI throughout his latest look on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Knoxville informed Fallon, “I’m sorry to report Dave England ripped the tendon off the bone of his middle finger, and it coiled at the base… “

As he shared the small print — maybe in a bit an excessive amount of element — Knoxville requested Fallon, “Can you say that on your show?”

Fallon, concurrently amused and disgusted, lined his face and responded, “Oh my God.” Knoxville continued, “He was trying to retrieve a coin.”

It’s a “Jackass” film, so you’ll be able to most likely guess the place the coin was situated. Anyway, Knoxville added, “And I’m not even joking — he has to have surgery.”

The “Fear Factor” host informed the viewers that he confirmed Jimmy a picture of England’s injury earlier than the present.

Fallon admitted, “I can’t unsee that. But I didn’t know what I was looking at. That’s insane.”

Last month, Knoxville confirmed to Rolling Stone that “Jackass 5” will be the last film in the franchise. “This is the pure place to finish. So it may be completely terrible.”

While fans are eager to see Johnny back in action, there’s one safety protocol he’s been ordered to follow after countless concussions.

“I do not care about the rest. I simply can’t get hit within the head anymore,” he informed Syndicate X Library in January.
