Janai Norman is saying good night time to Good Morning America.
The weekend co-anchor confirmed her exit after practically 4 years on the present, sharing that her time had been “cut short.”
“I have loved my job,” she started in an April 3 video on Instagram. “It has been a joy to connect with my co-workers and with viewers to help keep you informed, entertained and to create this community. So, it really breaks my heart that I don’t get to say goodbye.”
“I’m so sorry that I don’t get to say goodbye,” Janai continued. “It would have been fun.”
Still, the 36-year-old is trying on the brilliant aspect, saying that she seems to be ahead to spending extra time along with her three younger children.
“I have worked weekends their whole lives,” Janai defined. “So now, they get more of me and that is worth everything.”
Sharing that she’s “deeply grateful for the love” she had acquired, she added within the caption of her video, “More to come when the time is right.”
