Less than a day after the Federal Bureau of Investigation added a brand new fugitive to its Ten Most Wanted List, authorities say she is now in custody.
The company was providing a $1 million reward for data that results in the arrest of 50-year-old KaShawn Nicola Roper.
Authorities say Roper was wished in reference to a lethal taking pictures in Kansas City, Missouri, on Aug. 23, 2020. According to the FBI, Roper shot at a automobile, killing a girl and injuring one other.
On Sept. 10, 2020, Roper was charged with second-degree homicide, armed prison motion, and illegal use of a weapon, and a state warrant was issued for her arrest. A federal arrest warrant was issued in 2021 after officials stated she fled to flee persecution.

On Tuesday, Roper was added to the FBI’s fugitive listing, with authorities saying she had ties to or might go to Georgia, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and South Dakota.
Authorities say suggestions led them to High Springs, Florida, the place police arrested Roper with out incident on Wednesday morning.

As per the FBI’s insurance policies, the company is not going to say whether or not it would pay out the reward to anybody.
