| Twist / Power | Description |

| Replay | Allows a Head of Household to win and function HoH in consecutive weeks. Normally, the outgoing HoH can’t compete within the following HoH competitors. |
| Mystery Competitor | A thriller participant participates alongside the houseguests in a contest to help the designated participant. Similar to final season when Kaycee helped Keanu. |
| Never-Not Pass | Grants immunity from being chosen as a Have-Not for the whole season. |
| BB Bribe | Gives the holder the flexibility to bribe one other participant to assist them. |
| Diamond Power of Veto | - Removes one nominee from the block.
- The veto holder selects the substitute nominee.
- The Head of Household has no enter on the substitute.

| Coin of Destiny | If the participant accurately known as the coin toss, they’d:- Secretly dethrone the present Head of Household.
- Become the nameless HoH for the week.
- Choose whether or not to maintain or change the nominations.
- If altering nominations, personally choose the substitute nominees.
- Remain nameless to the remainder of the home.

| Lord of the Latrine | - Wear a medieval-style costume.
- Carry and blow a bugle each time a houseguest goes to make use of the toilet.
- Announce their arrival with strains resembling, “Lord (or Lady) [Name] is utilizing the latrine!“
