Dove Fire: Mandatory evacuations prompted by vegetation fire in Tuolumne County
Residents are being evacuated as a vegetation fire burns in Tuolumne County on Sunday, the sheriff’s workplace stated.
The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office stated the fire is burning close to Highway 108 and Stockton Road. Mandatory evacuations are in impact for the next areas:
- McKibbon Drive
- Golden Dove Lane
- Crooked Lane
- Southgate Road
- Stockton Road
- Silver Pine Lane
- Washington Street to Lowe’s
- North Side of Mono to Washington Street
There are additionally evacuation warnings for the next areas:
- S Washington Street to Barretta Street
- Martha Lane
- Outlook Drive
- Stewart Street
- Shepherd Street
- Barretta Street
- Washington Street from Highway 108 to the Red Church (Shell Street)

The Dove fire has burned 166 acres as of 5:20 p.m. and is spreading at a harmful price, officers stated.
Stockton Road is closed at Highway 108 and Woodside Drive.
An animal evacuation heart has been arrange at Tuolumne County Animal Control and enormous animals are being evacuated on the Posse Grounds.
