Crews battle Oklahoma City recycling plant fire as big black cloud fills the sky

A fire at an Oklahoma City recycling plant despatched an enormous black cloud of smoke into the sky Monday afternoon.

OKLAHOMA CITY —

A fire at a recycling plant in Oklahoma City left heavy black smoke within the sky Monday afternoon.

At about 3:20 p.m., the Oklahoma City Fire Department was known as to the power close to Southeast fifty fifth Street and High Avenue. The fire was on the plant simply west of Interstate 35.

The fire prompted an enormous black cloud of smoke to fill the sky.

As of three:25 p.m., no accidents had been reported.

Crews have been working to get the fire out.
