- The OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon in Columbus will trigger quite a few road closures on April 24 and 25.
- Race-day closures will start between 7:30 and eight:30 a.m. April 25.
With an anticipated 10,000-plus individuals hitting the streets of Columbus on April 25, motorists will encounter many road closures throughout the OhioHealth Capital City Half Marathon.
Organizers will start establishing for the race early, so the next closures will likely be in impact from 5 p.m. April 24 to 2 p.m. April 25:
- High Street between Broad and Main streets
- West Town Street between West Front and South High streets
- East Town Street between South third and Damian streets
- East Rich Street between Wall and South third streets
These roads will shut between 5 and 6 p.m. April 24 and reopen between 4 and 6 p.m. April 25:
- Town Street between third and Damian streets
- Town Street between High and Wall streets
- High Street between Main and State streets
- High Street between State and Broad streets
- Rich Street between Wall and North third streets
On April 25, closures will begin between 7:30 and eight:30 a.m. on streets together with High, Spring, Broad, Front, Goodale, Vine, and Park; Neil and Lane avenues; Nationwide Boulevard; and cross streets used for the race.

As runners clear the course, many streets will reopen on a rolling foundation between 9:30 and 11:45 a.m. Portions of High Street will stay closed for the 5K till about 12:30 p.m. April 25.
