AMBER Alert issued for abducted one-year-old in East Baton Rouge Parish

BATON ROUGE — An AMBER Alert was issued Wednesday morning for an abducted youngster in East Baton Rouge Parish. 

The alert, despatched round 8:45 a.m., says that Ian Castellanos is a one-year-old Hispanic boy and was final seen sporting a brown sweater and khaki pajama pants. The suspect in Castellanos’ abduction is an unidentified Black male sporting black denims, a black hoodie and brown boots. 

According to officers, Castellanos was abducted round 7 a.m. when a truck was stolen from the In A Flash fuel station alongside Airline Highway. Louisiana State Police stated that the suspect, who’s believed to be armed, reportedly stole the mom’s car from a neighborhood fuel station and fled with the kid in the backseat.

Authorities are looking for a grey 2013 Toyota Tundra with a Louisiana license plate “C372710.”

Anyone with any extra info is requested to name 911.
