Knowing the place to go to purchase domains after they expire might be tough. Most massive registrars now send their stock first to main public sale providers. If nobody buys them, they then go to Pending Delete, at which level they are often acquired via dropcatching platforms.
In August 2025, I printed a list of registrars that send their domains to NameJet/SnapNames. Below is an inventory of registrars that send their domains to GoDaddy Auctions. Please let me know if I made omissions.
