Two bicyclists competing in the BillBone Olympic Triathlon have been hospitalized after a crash with a vehicle, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office mentioned Sunday evening. The triathlon, which passed off in the morning, included a 40-kilometer bike trip, in addition to swimming and operating occasions at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach.
