Eleven individuals have been injured after a work vehicle collided with a (*11*) Line Metro train early Wednesday morning, based on Metro officers.
Just after midnight, the final (*11*) Line train of the day was stationary on the tracks on the Metro Center station when a work vehicle collided with the train’s rear. There have been 27 riders on the train, based on Metro.
D.C. emergency officers have been on the scene to assist with accidents. All 11 riders say they’ve non-life-threatening accidents, based on Metro. Riders who weren’t injured bought on one other train to proceed in direction of Downtown Largo. No Metro employees have been significantly damage.
