A MAJOR e-mail platform is at present down, with over 1,000 customers reporting issues.
Workers across the UK have been unable to log in to their Yahoo Mail accounts this morning.

According to experiences from Down Detector, a complete of 1,232 customers have reported hassle with Yahoo Mail as of 10.37am on Monday, April 20.
Issues with the e-mail server have been first recorded on the location at 8.47am, with instances rising over the next two hours.
Currently, 60 per cent of customers are having points logging in to the e-mail server, whereas 30 per cent have reported hassle with the general Yahoo Mail web site.
Meanwhile, seven per cent of Yahoo Mail customers have recorded hassle receiving messages this morning.
Users have been met with the next error message when making an attempt to entry Yahoo Mail by way of an online browser: “Upstream connect error or disconnect/reconnect before headers. Reset reason: connection failure, transport failure reason: delayed connect error”.
Yahoo Mail customers shared their points on social media platform X, with one individual tagging the official Yahoo account, writing: “I can’t access my email. I need it right now.”

One individual described the scenario as “so infuriating”, whereas one other known as it “so annoying”.
An X consumer shared a workaround they’d discovered to get entry to the e-mail platform amid the present points.
“Opens in incognito [mode],” the social media consumer wrote.
Meanwhile, one other individual identified that the difficulty appeared to be “via browsers so far but the app is working so far”.
The outage follows earlier points with the service earlier this month.
