With Alex Callender unavailable for the entire event because of an ankle harm, flanker Kate Williams will put on the captain’s armband, in a again row alongside Bethan Lewis and Bryonie King.
Gwenllian Pyrs, Kelsey Jones and Sisilia Tuipulotu reunite within the entrance row, with Gwen Crabb becoming a member of Aiono as locks.
Keira Bevan and Lleucu George are the half-backs, with Carys Cox and Courtney Keight within the centre.
Brython Thunder duo Lisa Neumann and Seren Singleton are named on the wings, with Kayleigh Powell at full-again.
Former Wales skipper Hannah Dallavalle is about to win her seventieth cap from the 6:2 cut up replacements bench.
