Victoria Beckham has mentioned she and husband David “always tried to be the best parents that we can be” in her first interview since her son Brooklyn made a collection of allegations towards his mother and father.
“I think that we’ve always – we love our children so much,” she mentioned in an interview with The Wall Street Journal.
“We’ve always tried to be the best parents that we can be. And you know, we’ve been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we’ve ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children.
“And you already know, that’s all I really need to say about it.”

The interview comes months after Brooklyn accused his household of controlling behaviour, putting “brand Beckham” before all else, and attempting to “endlessly break” his relationship with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham on several occasions.
“The performative social media posts, household occasions and inauthentic relationships have been a fixture of the life I used to be born into,” he wrote in a lengthy Instagram post in February.
The solely different public interplay between the two was the Beckhams wishing their son a happy birthday final month.
David shared two photographs, the first of himself, Victoria, and a young Brooklyn in a pool, with a caption that said “27 at present. Happy Birthday Bust. We love you.”
Victoria said the negative press has not affected her business.
