In an announcement launched via Police Scotland, Donna – who was two at the time her brother disappeared – mentioned it was “beyond heartbreaking” to nonetheless not have any solutions about what occurred on 23 April 1976.
She informed BBC Scotland News she believes Sandy is not alive.
“Every day I think about him and every day I try to remember memories,” she mentioned. “I feel he’s useless.
