Southport killer Axel Rudakubana has been charged with three attacks whereas in prison and possessing a weapon.
Police say the offences occurred at HMP Belmarsh over six months from May to October 2025.
The 19-year-old murdered Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, Bebe King, six, and Alice da Silva Aguiar, 9, and injured eight different kids and two adults in an assault at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in July 2024.
