His demise has been met with deep disappointment throughout the Fermanagh neighborhood and the wider trucking fraternity.
Mr Kelly, of 73 Station Road, Derryaghna, Letterbreen, died on Thursday, February 26, whereas out on the street.
Widely recognized and revered amongst colleagues, he has been described as a well-known and far-cherished determine whose absence will be keenly felt each personally and professionally.
One on-line tribute captured the sense of loss felt by many: “Sean sadly lost his life while on the road, doing the job we all do. He’ll be remembered for the chats, the stories, and the nights of crack. The yard won’t be the same without him.”
A faithful household man, Mr Kelly was the loving husband of Siobhan and a proud father to Catherine (Adrian), Shannan, Michael (Cailin), Maria and Joanne. He was additionally a cherished grandfather to D’arcy and Casey.
He is additional survived by his brothers Jim (Carmel), Jackson (Scan), Eamon (Ursula), Colm (Una), Aidan (Nadiane), Maurice (Samantha) and John (Bernie), his sisters Helen (Philip) and Pauline (Brendan), and a large circle of associates and colleagues.
Mr Kelly will repose at his residence in Letterbreen on Sunday from 12 midday to 8pm and on Monday from 2pm to 6pm.
His funeral will happen on Tuesday, with removing at 10.15am to St Mary’s Church, Arney, for 11am Requiem Mass, adopted by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
