Russell Crowe spotted at Scottish supermarket as filming for Highlander reboot begins

Russell Crowe was spotted purchasing within the Scottish Highlands as filming for the Highlander reboot begins.

The New Zealander was seen exiting a Morrisons in Fort William, Scotland, on Wednesday evening (15/04).

Crowe was captured on video leaving the supermarket wearing a blue jacket with black track pants, before donning a pair of sunglasses as he crosses the road.

The former Gladiator actor is reportedly within the space for the remake of the 1986 fantasy motion movie, Highlander, starring Crowe, Henry Cavill, Dave Bautista, and Karen Gillan.

Cavill and Gillan were spotted filming earlier this week at Eilean Donan Castle, which was used in the original film.

An eyewitness who spotted the A-list actor told Sell Us Your Story: “I really noticed him inside Morrisons in one of many aisles.

“I knew it was him, however I needed to do a double take.

“I checked on TikTok to verify his look at the moment and it was him.

“I approached him and tentatively requested him if he was Russell Crowe and he confirmed he was.

“His entourage had three Range Rovers after which numerous different individuals with beards and lengthy hair.”
