An RTÉ Radio One star has introduced the start of her first child on social media.

RTE star and former producer of The 2 Johnnies, Maura Fay, has welcomed her first child, a child woman, with partner Ciaran McKenna.

The Meath native, who joined RTÉ Radio 1’s flagship mid-morning programme Today as a reporter in 2024, first shared the news of her pregnancy in March this year.

The presenter revealed yesterday that she had given start to their child and had returned dwelling with their new child.

Maura shared a heartwarming photograph on Instagram exhibiting Ciaran strolling by the hospital corridors whereas carrying their infant in a automotive seat.
