PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) — Portland police have launched the identities of the 2 youngsters who died when the automotive they have been in crashed into the Willamette River.

“The medical examiner identified them as Roberto C. Garcia-Chavez, 19, and Trent Badillo, 17, both of Beavercreek in Clackamas County, Oregon,” Portland police stated in a press release.
The lone survivor is a 17-year-old male, however police haven’t launched his identification.
“The fourth occupant of the vehicle, believed to be a 20-year-old male, has not been located but is presumed dead,” police stated. “His name is not being released at this time.”
Police stated Garcia-Chavez was the driving force of the white 1996 Toyota Corolla that crashed by way of a seawall and ended up in the Willamette River.
