Police investigate after pile of human bones found in Bromley

Police are investigating after a pile of human bones have been found in Bromley.

A cordon has been in place round Barnet Wood Road, Keston, for the reason that discovery on Sunday (April 12).

Officers had been known as to the scene after a member of the general public found the bones.

The stays have since been confirmed as human, the Metropolitan Police mentioned.

There has been no affirmation concerning the individual’s identification right now.

A Met spokesperson continued: “Efforts are now underway to identify the individual and the circuimstances surrounding their death.

“CID (Crime Investigation Department) detectives from the Met’s South Command Unit are leading the investigation.”
