An individual is fighting for their lives after being hit by a train in Euston.

The incident occurred at Euston Underground station on March 10 and led to main disruption on the Victoria line.

Emergency companies had been known as to the scene at 8.56am following experiences of a casualty on the tracks.

British Transport Police confirmed that the incident is just not being handled as suspicious.

A spokesperson for the force stated: “Officers were called to Euston Underground station at 8.56am today (March 10) following reports of a casualty on the tracks.

“Paramedics additionally attended, and an individual has been taken to hospital with accidents which are considered life-threatening.

“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”

As a results of the incident, the Victoria line was suspended between Victoria and Highbury, with extreme delays on the remaining sections of the road all through the morning.
