Barnaby’s mother and father tracked his telephone to police stationrevealed at 10:20 GMT
On the morning of the attacks, David Webber stated he received up, turned on the TV, and noticed the “media light up” about an incident in Nottingham.
He tried to name Barnaby however didn’t get a solution.
David then checked the Find My Phone app to see the place Barnaby was.
“I made a decision to take a look on my telephone to see
if I might see the place he was and I might see he was in Ilkeston Road, however he was
fairly near his lodging or the telephone was fairly near his lodging, so I did not actually suppose too far past that,” David said.
However, he added it was unusual not to be able to make contact with Barnaby.
Emma attempted to call a hospital, David said, while he attempted to call the police.
“I keep in mind a definite change of voice within the woman I used to be chatting with,” he added.
David stated he was instructed it was a “fast-changing scene” and nobody could speak to him at that time.
At that point, the media was telling the public a man and woman had been found dead.
“And then I
simply noticed the telephone begin to transfer and that is after I actually panicked,” David stated.
“I phoned it [Barnaby’s phone] a pair of occasions considering of possibly he is simply there, and we tracked the telephone
and we watched it go all the way in which to Radford Road Police Station.”
