Wales Under-21 goalkeeper Kit Margetson has joined Manchester United after the Premier League giants agreed a compensation bundle with Swansea City.
Margetson’s Swansea contract expired this summer time and the 20-year-old introduced earlier this month that he can be leaving the Championship membership.
The Swans have been entitled to a compensation charge for Margetson, who joined them at under-15 stage, for the half they performed in his growth.
United haven’t specified the size of Margetson’s contract at Old Trafford.
Margetson didn’t make a first-team look at Swansea, although he did play common senior soccer throughout a mortgage spell with Connah’s Quay Nomads final season.
Margetson’s exit comes after his father Martyn left his function as Swansea’s head of goalkeeping on the finish the 2025-26 marketing campaign.
