Justin Rose has loved a wonderful begin to 2026, and now the Englishman has been introduced as McLaren Golf’s first Tour participant and investor.
In March, the brand teased a new venture into golf, however it wasn’t confirmed whether or not any gamers would be part of the corporate.

According to McLaren Golf, Rose has labored tirelessly alongside its engineering and development teams, with the 45-year-old testing prototypes, offering efficiency suggestions and serving to form the approaching gear releases.
Teeing it up on the Cadillac Championship, Rose will debut the McLaren Golf gear in its aggressive debut on Thursday, with it coinciding with the Miami Grand Prix this weekend.
Speaking in regards to the transfer, Rose acknowledged: “From the beginning, this has been a passion project. I’ve had the opportunity to be involved from the outset – working with the team, testing the clubs and helping shape what they’ve become.
“That stage of involvement, mixed with the requirements McLaren brings to every part they do, made this a simple determination for me. I’m excited to place the golf equipment in play and watch the model flourish.”
In addition to enjoying the gear, Rose will convey the model’s papaya colorway to the course within the type of a McLaren Golf employees bag and also will put on the model’s mark on his chest.
Previously an equipment-free agent, Rose isn’t afraid to experiment with different clubs in the bag, having used fashions from a wide range of producers.
Famously, again in 2019, the then World No.1 signed with Honma after 20 years with TaylorMade.
Although he gained with the golf equipment on his second begin, incomes victory on the Farmers Insurance Open, the partnership was short-lived, as Rose and Honma split in May 2020, simply over a 12 months on from their first occasion.
