Iran’s currency hits record low

Iran’s currency, the rial, hit a record low on Wednesday.

Traders within the Tehran market exchanged 2.20 million rials for one US greenback. That was almost 10% greater than final week’s record, set on August 25, when one greenback was offered at 2.02 million rials.
