England winger Immanuel Feyi-Waboso might play for the primary time since January in Exeter’s European Challenge Cup recreation with Munster on Saturday.
The 23-year-old injured his hamstring whereas coaching with England forward of the Six Nations and has not featured since Exeter’s Prem loss at Bristol on 24 January.
Feyi-Waboso, who began all 4 of England’s autumn internationals, missed the entire Six Nations.
He has received 13 caps since making his debut simply over two years in the past, scoring seven tries.
“We’ve just got to see how he goes through training, but he was in pretty much full training last week, he’s in full training this week, so that makes him available to play,” Exeter director of rugby Rob Baxter informed BBC Radio Devon.
“We haven’t had a great deal of luck this season, so if we could have our little bit of luck now on injuries and get through the next few weeks with this squad intact, we could end up running into the last third of the season with our strongest available team, which would be fantastic.
“That clearly permits us to attempt to actually put our foot down and push for what we’d obtain this season, as a result of clearly the extra good gamers you’ve obtainable, the extra alternatives you’ve, the extra choices you’ve, and we’ll go from there.
“So hopefully that’s how things will pan out and we can strengthen the side week by week as we move forward now.”
