Market Drayton will see a free one-hour yoga session, appropriate for all, on provide each Sunday morning at 9:30 from the three May till mid-September. The periods will happen at The Zone.
Park Yoga is a nationwide charity delivering free outdoor group yoga in nature in 60+ cities and cities throughout England on Sunday mornings. In the Shropshire the periods are being supported by Shropshire Council, The 4 All Foundation and Energize Shropshire Telford and Wrekin.
It goals to carry communities collectively to satisfy new individuals and apply yoga in an inclusive and enjoyable surroundings.

“Park Yoga Market Drayton takes place at The Zone. There’s plenty of parking and a café onsite so you can enjoy a brew after the session.
While classes will still go ahead in light rain, should the weather be particularly wet, participants will be informed of a class cancellation with at least an hour’s notice via the Park Yoga Market Drayton page on Facebook and the Park Yoga website.
Although it’s free to attend and always will be, participants are able to donate to the charity if they’d like to. Yoga Instructors have contactless donation machines available every Sunday and people can also donate online.”
