St Mirren are looking for a brand new supervisor after the shock announcement that Stephen Robinson has left his function as head coach so as to take up the vacant place at Aberdeen.
Appointed supervisor on the SMiSA Stadium in February 2022, Robinson went on to safe three consecutive top-six finishes with the Buddies, whereas he made historical past by successful the Premier Sports Cup earlier this season after beating defending champions Celtic 3-1 at Hampden Park.
Upon the announcement of his departure, chairman John Needham mentioned, “I would like to place on record the club’s sincere thanks to Stephen Robinson for his tremendous contributions during his time as our manager. While we are sad to see Stephen leave the club, he departs with the best wishes of everyone at St Mirren after four years of outstanding service.”
Pundits and followers alike are actually speculating on who will step into the St Mirren hotseat , with a visit of former Hearts males and two ex-Celtic heroes reported to be among the many favourites for the function, in accordance to in accordance to Gambling.com.
