The Exeter City Foundation huge winner for April was David Bottrell, who gained the £1,000 first prize.
David is pictured along with his kids receiving the cheque from City Media Officer, Harrison Beer at the latest sport with Stockport County. David goes to spend his winnings on extra soccer matches along with his kids and season tickets for ‘26-27, he has also generously donated to the Adam Stansfield Trust and the Exeter City Community Trust.
David is a fairly new Exeter City fan, “I have supported City for the past 3 years, my children have developed a keen interest in football and in doing so reignited my interest and passion for the game. Choosing our local club to support we come to every home game win or lose to support the team.
“The club as a whole has an amazing atmosphere and sense of community especially for the children. Some of my favourite matches have been the FA cup match against Wycombe and our game against Plymouth Argyle. Ilmari Niskanen is most definitely one of my favourite players to watch play, his work rate and determination are amazing.”
