LEXINGTON, Ky. — United Airlines is rising its presence at Lexington’s Blue Grass Airport, bringing bigger plane and larger connectivity for central and southeastern Kentucky vacationers.
According to a Blue Grass Airport launch, United plans to extend the scale of its plane on its in style every day flight between Lexington and Denver, upgrading to an Airbus A319 with 126 seats. This equates to greater than 50 further seats per day, the airport stated.
Whether to Denver or different locations within the western U.S., Canada or past, the purpose is to offer extra Kentuckians the chance to journey. The Blue Grass Airport stated United will start working this bigger plane May 21.
Similarly, the airport stated United plans to extend the variety of every day flights between Lexington and Chicago, providing as much as seven every day flights this summer time throughout peak journey durations. Tickets to Denver and Chicago are on sale now on United’s website and within the United cellular app.
