In Town & Country’s September 2025 cover story, Kirsten Dunst spoke about her husband Jesse Plemons, and specifically, their comparable method to style. “Matching couple outfits,” she stated, “we unconsciously do this a lot. One of us changes, though! I’m not going to roll out… I don’t want to match my husband!” (Watch above.)
At the 2026 BAFTAs, the couple didn’t match, however coordinated in black and white—Plemons wore a traditional tuxedo from Dunhill, whereas Dunst wore a black and white costume with a pink, outsized jacket. Dunst accessorized with customized Garatti earrings, and a bracelet and ring from the model.

Plemons is nominated this night for his efficiency in Bugonia; he’s up in opposition to Robert Aramayo (I Swear), Timothee Chalamet (Marty Supreme), Leonardo DiCaprio (One Battle After Another), Ethan Hawke (Blue Moon), and Michael B. Jordan (Sinners) in the main actor class.

Last night time, they attended the the Nominees’ Party for the EE BAFTA Film Awards 2026 at the National Portrait Gallery, the place they posed for a candy {photograph}.

“We fell in love creatively first,” Dunst told the LA Times in 2021 about their relationship. “He was like a creative soul mate to me and the way we both work. On Fargo, I knew after two weeks. I didn’t remember saying this, but one of my best friends told me that I said to her that ‘I will know this man for the rest of my life. I just know it.’ Just because I felt such an immediate connection.”
Dunst and Plemons tied the knot in 2022, and share two sons: Ennis, born in 2018, and James, born in 2021.
