Passengers touring from Nashville to Fort Lauderdale arrived at their vacation spot within the wee hours of the morning March 7, due to a possible security menace.
Southwest Airlines Flight 2094, touring from Nashville International Airport to Fort Lauderdale, was diverted to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport on Friday night, a Southwest spokesperson mentioned, “to respond to a possible security matter.”
“We appreciate the professionalism of our flight crew and sincerely apologize to our customers for the significant delay,” a Southwest spokesperson mentioned. “Nothing is more important to Southwest than the safety of its customers and employees.”
A passenger was eliminated by the Atlanta Police Department, in accordance to Southwest.
A spokesperson with the Atlanta Police Department famous officers assisted federal companions with “last night’s incident” at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
It’s unclear why the passenger was eliminated and in the event that they face any prices.
