ATHENS, Ga. — The No. 25 Georgia golf group begins play at the SEC Championship this week at the Sea Island Course in Saint Simons Island, Georgia. Stroke play will happen Wednesday April 22 by Friday April 24 with match play closing out the weekend.

The Sea Island Golf Course will function host web site of the 2025 SEC Championship. It is a 7,005-yard course that performs as a par 70.
Championship Format
All 16 groups will play within the first three rounds of stroke play on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. The high eight groups after these three rounds will compete within the match play quarterfinals on Saturday morning. The winners of these matches will advance to the semifinals on Saturday afternoon earlier than the championship takes place on Sunday.
