Singer Ten will go away SM Entertainment but stay as a member of the NCT and WayV.

Ten’s unique contract with SM Entertainment will finish on Wednesday, the company mentioned Monday.

“After a lengthy discussion with Ten regarding his future activities, we have decided to end his exclusive contract on April 8,” SM Entertainment mentioned in a press launch on Monday.

SM Entertainment will proceed to speak with Ten in order that he can take part in WayV and NCT’s future actions.

“We thank Ten, who has shown outstanding capabilities as a group member and as a solo artist since his debut,” the company mentioned. “We will sincerely support his new journey ahead.”

Ten debuted in 2016 as a member of NCT U, a subunit of NCT. He can be a member of WayV, an NCT subunit that targets the Chinese market and SuperM.

SM Entertainment beforehand introduced Friday that its member Mark will go away each the company and the band on Wednesday.
