Earlier this week, Marcus Mumford revealed that he wrote the band’s observe Alley Cat in a jail.
In a latest interview, Mumford revealed: “Alley Cat, I wrote in a prison actually. I go into prison and do poetry workshops and that came out of one of those sessions with the lads. Which I felt slightly conflicted about to start with”..
Mumford additionally mentioned that he was impressed to do volunteering work in jail as a consequence of his “love of local communities”.
