Police are investigating after a fisher discovered a physique within the Detroit River within the waters simply off John Dingell Park in Ecorse, Monday afternoon.
Wyandotte police haven’t recognized the individual, who was pulled from the river round 1 p.m. Monday, or mentioned how they died, however mentioned the bodily description and clothes match that of missing 25-year-old Tyler Bojanowski of Wyandotte.
Authorities say that whereas they consider the physique is that of Bojanowski, an identification is pending affirmation from the Wayne County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Detectives have notified Bojanowski’s household.
Bojanowski was last seen on Feb. 5. At the time, investigators mentioned Bojanowski’s passport was discovered at Dingell Park. Bojanowski’s truck was discovered on Enterprise Drive in Allen Park.
Police haven’t launched any extra info at the moment.
