Police have launched a murder investigation following the death of a woman in Londonderry.
Officers attended a property in the Summer Meadows Mews space on Saturday morning the place they positioned an injured woman.
She was subsequently taken to hospital the place she has since died.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
“Our ideas are together with her household and family members, who’re left attempting to come back to phrases with this surprising loss,” a spokesperson for the PSNI said.
“Our enquiries are continuing, and I am appealing to anyone with information, no matter how insignificant it may seem, to contact our officers on 101.”
